Most of central and western Newfoundland, and the eastern part of the Northern peninsula have a yellow winter storm warning in place, with high winds and snowfall expected to start Tuesday night. Meanwhile, in the Bay of Exploits and Gander region, more severe weather is expected with an orange winter storm warning in place.
